The Dolly's difference
Started in 2017, Dolly's has evolved over the years from a gas stove and stone pizza boxes to hand stretched dough cooked in a wood fired oven in our new location on Sam Toy Avenue.
Two generations of family with a combined 35+ years of experience in horticulture and process heating provide the knowledge base we feed from as we continue to experiment and collect a following of customers who expect more. We are here to give you more.
Although we have changed the way we cook our pizzas from when we first started, our attention to detail and use of the freshest ingredients available has been the same since we first opened our doors.

What you can expect
At Dolly's, we not only make our own dough, sauces, focaccia and cheesecake, but we use produce from our own farm to make spicy dilled carrots to garnish your favourite drink, jellies and simple syrups, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables for your salads and snack boards. What we don't grow, we try to source from other growers in our area. .
